I Started business in March 1981 with small, unbranded steam cleaner.
In June 1982, after talking to others in the trade, I purchased a Col Warren Steamvac manufactured Commander System, Made in 1981. My working relationship with SteamVac had commenced.
Fast forward to the early 1990's and the then 'Young Mark Warren' arrived at the job-site with the latest model Commander to trial. It was GREAT! But my ‘81 Model was still as efficient as ever, and just as good as the new model. He failed to close a sale on me on that day for the simple reason that his good father had produced the first model so well!
We continued to 'steam clean away' at Ideal Carpets client’s hotels, restaurants, body corporate work and retirement and nursing facilities.
Fast forward to 2006, I wandered in to SteamVac to purchase a spare part. While this was being processed, Mark approached me with, 'Have you seen our latest Steam cleaning machine, John?' WOW! Was I impressed! That afternoon, I walked out with a New RD6 System, complete with upholstery tool.
Keep up the good work guys!

I originally had an American Sidekick, and in January 2010, I stepped up to a
Steamvac Boss 650 Truck Mount.
I have been extremely happy with my purchase. This Truck Mount caters for carpet and upholstery, concrete cleaning and pressure washing.
I find the performance of the machine and reliability second to none.
I’m now pleased to say SteamVac’s products and customer service can’t be beaten.

I originally bought a portable Apollo from Steamvac in 1992 and was so satisfied with it that a few years later, I purchased a Commander.
Since then, I have purchased eight more Portables from SteamVac and all are still working, some with over 10,000 hours on it. The only things that occasionally need replacing are the vac motors and small parts, which are serviced by Steamvacs’ Distributor QES in Queensland.
In 2001, I purchased my first truck mount machine from SteamVac, which is still working today, however, from 2006 to 2007, I bought four American Truck Mount machines. Three out of four of them became faulty within less than 1500 hours of use. I was told by the company I had no warranty for these machines, and all the motors needed to be replaced. This made my mind up to always stay with and support Australian companies such as SteamVac International.
Within 2 years I have purchased four Truck Mounts from SteamVac and they are just a dream. So easy to service and maintain, to the point where I can get in and change parts myself if needed.
Customer service at Steamvac is second to none. Every month I will get a call to confirm the products are working well, if I’m still happy and to see if I need anything else to keep me on track.
I highly recommend Steamvac International as your company of choice for all your carpet cleaning equipment needs.

I have purchased and RD700 and accessories for my car detailing business and am pleased to say
that everything I was told about the RD700 is completely true!!
I have now cut my job time in half due to being able to run two Vapour Tech Upholstery Tools off of
the one machine- the suction is unbelievable!
A very important part of car detailing is the ability to leave upholstery as dry as possible and the
RD700 leaves it very dry , better than any other brand of machine I’ve ever had.
Steamvac has given me great service and are a great group to deal with.
Kindest Regards,
Mark Nardo

A few months ago I bought the BOSS 500 Truck mount from Steamvac.
I have found it very easy to understand and use and it produces fantastic heat.
It has always been important for me to buy Australian made products rather than overseas imports
which is another reason why I went to Steamvac.
Since my purchase my customers have been raving about how dry their carpets are when the job is
complete. Word of mouth about my business is definitely spreading due to this machine.
I would also like to mention the team at Steamvac have been a great support network for me on
getting my business going.
I highly recommend them.
Sincerely,
Adam Calvi

Thanks for providing us such a wonderful Carpet Extraction machine and your handy tips.
I have used the machine and it has yielded wonderful results. I have much dryer carpets and very satisfied customers as a result.
Regarding Roy's service , it is most definitely second to none. I have called him on the weekend and odd hours , he has always responded very promptly and addressed the concerns at the earliest without letting it impact my business.
Great team you have there. Thanks for all the good work and services :)
Most definitely I will be recommending your products and your service to others in the business.
Thanks,

I bought my RD5 nearly ten years ago, and I have to say I just love it! In that time it’s done a huge amount of work. Six days a week for a long time, now down to five days a week.
I haven’t looked after it though. I haven’t changed the oil in the pump for about eight years. I broke the capillary on the thermostat through rough handling years ago, and not replaced it, so the heater doesn’t work. The only things I’ve replaced over the years have been vacuum motors, and usually they’ve gone because of operator error. I’ve used it so much I’ve even worn the rubber tyres right down so you can see the canvas insides.
So I’ve worked it and worked it, not done the maintenance, and it still didn’t let me down. So this year I’ve bought a new RD5 and I’ll keep the old one as a spare.
I’m happy if you want to publish, this together with my phone number, in case someone wants to discuss this.
Best Wishes

I have been running a Steamvac Hybrid Hot Vapour system for many years which I have found to be a very good machine with great results.
I have now stepped up to the new BOSS 650 Truckmount which I have been running now for just over twelve months. I’ve done nearly 700 hours fault free. I am constantly using the BOSS 650 for duel wand application with full performance. I find the BOSS 650 to have fantastic heat, airflow and adjustable pressure up to 2800psi. I can clean the most delicate upholstery up to the harshest hard floor and concrete cleaning. I do several jobs in commercial applications where I am cleaning the carpet and my son is doing the upholstery at the same time with unbelievable results.
It is about time that somebody has made a decent truckmount, without all the “bells and whistles” because they fail, i.e. changing belts within one hour, full marine grade stainless steel heat exchanger.
I cannot recommend the Steamvac Truckmounts high enough, and more importantly the gang down there at Steamvac have hit the top run when it comes to back up service and supporting their customers.
Sincerely,
Dave Cheshire

25 Years ago I bought a PowerJet RD2 from Collin Warren at Steamvac.
It was such a good machine, a few years later I purchased the next model up an RD3.
Since that time I have purchased 7 different machines of all models, ie RD4 and RD5 etc
I am always very happy with the products and services which is why I’d never go anywhere else.

I bought my Boss 650 on the 17th of September 2009 and have never looked back.
After a year and a half and 1400 hours, I have dropped my costs on chemicals by 70% due to its
fantastic capabilities and a quicker cleaning time than ever before which has been a great
marketing tool for my business.
I am running 120 metres of hose and yet still have excellent heat and full performance.
This has resulted in my customers saying it is the best cleaning experience they have ever had.
Thank you Steamvac!

I purchased a Steamvac Avenger Portable machine 15 years ago from Col Warren, Mark Warrens father.
A few days ago I was at a busy tee intersection trying to turn left into the stream of traffic, when to my surprise I heard my back door fly up and my machine (which was laying on its back in the back of the van) fly out and started skidding towards oncoming traffic. Luckily no cars collided with the machine, so I collected it, put it back in the van and with great trepidation continued on to my next job. To my great relief and surprise the machine started up without a problem and I could hear the vac motors and pump humming away as usual. The only damage resulting from the accident was a slightly bent axle!
I have worked six days a week for over Fifteen years, approximately 22,500 jobs and the machine hasn’t missed a beat.
I still service it regularly and got over 1,094 hours out of my last vac motors.
I highly recommend Steamvac International for the quality of product they create,
Yours Sincerely,
Geoff Jolly
